Fadi Kaddoura

President

Fadi Kaddoura is the founder and president of MIK Fund Solutions. Fadi spends most of his time at clients' sites actively participating in all aspects of ongoing projects. This active participation enables him to stay current with hedge fund processes and workflows, to guide his team and to suggest to clients the best practices and solutions.

Prior to founding MIK, Fadi consulted at various hedge funds where he led teams of software developers and worked closely with CFOs, Risk Managers, Traders and Accounting and Operations groups. Fadi has a proven track record of successfully and quickly delivering low cost and highly tailored applications.

Fadi holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas, is a Certified Microsoft Solution Developer, and is currently an adjunct instructor at the Financial Engineering program at Columbia University.

Tom Palmer

Director of Business Analysis

Director of Business Analysis and Project Management. Tom Palmer is in charge of MIK’s Business Analysis and Project Management team as well as being the Product Manager for several of MIK’s products.

Since beginning his career in 1993 Tom has managed all stages of the operational workflow in various firms such as Tiger Management and SAC Capital as well as being a business unit head at both Natwest Markets and Swissbank/UBS. Additionally, Tom spent 2 years heading up operations for Viteos Funds Services, a fund administrator and operations and accounting outsource provider. Toms experience cover the full operational lifecycle of most of the major asset classes and market places as well as several of the various back office disciplines including operations, accounting, and risk management.

Tom has a B.A in Accounting from Rutgers University.

Dmitri Tsembrovski

Chief Technology Officer

Dmitri Tsembrovski is the Chief Technology Officer of MIK Fund Solutions. Dmitri is responsible for delivering and managing software projects at clients' sites, as well as researching upcoming technologies and setting the technology vision for MIK. Prior to MIK, Dmitri worked at i-Deal where he led a large team of software developers (New York and offshore) working on various financial systems. Before that, Dmitri worked at Metiom in New York as a Tech Lead and Senior Programmer developing a B2B electronic transactions system.

Dmitri holds a Masters degree in Electronic Science from the Aviation University of Riga, Latvia. Dmitri is also a certified Microsoft Solution Developer and has completed training in Project Management, Java 2, Rational Rose and Web Logic.

Charles Cangelosi

Chief Revenue Officer

Charles Cangelosi is the Chief Revenue Officer for MIK Fund Solutions. Charles is responsible for overseeing, generating, and optimizing all revenue related activities at MIK.

Charles joins MIK from Jones Trading where he was a Managing Director of Equity Trading in their Los Angeles office. Prior to that, he was a Partner and Chief Operating Officer for Polarity Investment Partners, a market neutral global L/S hedge fund focused on energy transition. Prior to Polarity, he was Co-Head of Equity Derivatives Sales at BGC Financial and MINT Partners (a division of BGC) where he led a team responsible for option idea generation and equity sales. Charles was introduced to MIK back at Plural Investments where he was a Managing Director and led the Portfolio Monitor and Datawarehouse platform build out along with Trading, Sell Side Relationship Management and Business Development. Prior to Plural, he was a Managing Director in Global Equities at Bear Stearns and held various leadership roles in technology at Advent Software and Bloomberg LP.

Charles graduated from Bucknell University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration.
